Q. What is the minimum order quantity for a custom ornament?
A. 144 pcs for ornaments without color printing, and 288 pcs for ornaments with color printing. 500 pcs for MDF (Medium-Density Fiberboard) items.

Q. What is the lead-time to produce custom ornaments?
A. Please allow 30-60 days for art, and a minimum of 90 days after art approval for the product to ship F.O.B. Wilsonville, Oregon.

Q. What size are the ornaments?
A. Many of the designs have unique outer shapes, but approximately 2 3/8" x 2 3/4".

Q. How much do custom ornaments cost?
A. We have ornaments to fit any budget. The JS-B series (lacquered brass without color) start at $6.50/ea, with price breaks at 288 pcs, 432 pcs and 864 pcs. The JSC-B series (lacquered brass with color) starts at $5.70/ea with price breaks at 432 pcs and 864 pcs. The JSD-B series (lacquered brass 2D layered with color) starts at $6.80/ea, with price breaks at 432 pcs and 864 pcs. The JFB series (lacquered brass 2 1/2D layered with color) are generally about $10/ea, with price breaks at 432 pcs and 864 pcs. JFB series designs are individually quoted. All brass ornaments are also available in stainless steel. Please give us a call at 800-545-7077 to discuss your options.

Q. When you design a custom ornament for me, does that mean you will produce that design exclusively for me?
A. Yes.

Q. How do I start the custom design process?
A. You can either call us at 800-545-7077, or download the custom artwork request form on our home page. Send the completed form to us, along with any reference photos you have (a specific building, bridge, ect.) Please tell us the wording you would like to see on the ornament and email to customerservice@jacksonpacific.com

Q. Will you send me the design for my approval before production?
A. Yes, we email you the design for approval before production.

Q. Can I make a change to the design before I approve it?
A. Yes, the art can be revised twice free of charge.
Q. How much do I pay for the artwork charges?
A. We do not charge for artwork, unless the design is revised three times. At that point the charge is $150 per revision.

Q. How much are the total die charges, and all other set-up costs?
A. We do not charge for dies, or any other set-up costs. The price quoted on our art approval page will be the complete cost except for shipping. If there are more than seven colors in the ornament, there will be an additional charge of .20 cents per color.

Q. Does the quoted price include individual boxes with the ornaments?
A. Yes. When the artwork is sent to you for approval, the packaging options will be included.

Q. How are the ornaments shipped, and how much will the shipping cost be?
A. For most customers, we ship via UPS. For some, we ship via USPS. Either way we charge only what the carrier charges us. Shipping is from Wilsonville, Oregon 97070.

Q. When am I billed for the ornaments?
A. Customers are invoiced when their order is shipped. To request an account with net 30 terms, please download the credit application on our home page. Otherwise our terms are credit card. New customers with custom ornaments are charged 50% down when order is placed and remainder when the ornaments are shipped (plus shipping charges from Wilsonville).
